CHILD CARE: MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:30AM - 9:00PM  SATURDAY 8:00 AM-6:00 PM & SUNDAY 8:30AM-6:00PM.  Babies from the age 8 weeks can check in from 8:30am-1:30pm.  All other times the children must be able to walk.  ALSO, THERE IS A "2 HOUR" LIMIT ON ALL CHILDREN IN THE CHILD CARE.   


Aerobics: SPINNING SCHEDULE

Please arrive early to reserve and set up your bike.  New Spinners must arrive 15-minutes before class.  Reserved bikes will be held until 5 minutes prior to start time.

Class Description

 WHAT IS SPINNING®?  Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program created in the 1980s by world-class cyclist Jonathan Goldberg, a.k.a. "Johnny G." The Spinning program brings the elements of athletic training to people of all ages and fitness levels and is NOT just a "hard-core" fitness program for elite athletes.  Instead, this efficient, high-energy group exercise integrates music, camaraderie and visualization in a complete mind/body exercise routine.  Towels and Water are required.  Heart rate monitors are recommended. 

Beginner Class30 Minute Spin introducing new Spinners to the workout and developing riding skills while building muscle and cardio endurance.

Interval Class  45 Minute Interval Class riding through all road terrains.  Maintaining heart rate between 65 to 92%.

Strength Class: 45 Minute Strength Class developing muscle and cardio vascular strength while climbing through increased workloads.  Maintaining heart rate between 75 to 85 %

 Instructor's Choice:  Instructor picks the course from Interval, Strength, Endurance, Race Day.  A ride to                                     remember.   Members should work at their individual goals.
